How to Upload Your Photo:
- There are several things to keep in mind when selecting a photo to use, make sure that the picture is high-quality to get the best-looking sign. The file should be greater than 500 x 500 pixels and more than 2MB in size. The DPI should be somewhere between 180-300. We highly recommend using a photo from a camera or phone rather than social media for higher image resolutions.
- Make sure your file type is one of the formats that we accept before submitting your photo.
- When you are done selecting your file, click the “Upload Photo” button and we will take it from there.
Upload a high resolution photo that is:
- More than 2MB in size
- Greater than 500 x 500 pixels
- Between 180-300 DPI
- Acceptable file types: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, SVG
Note: Images from social media websites are too low resolution. Please use the original photo from a camera or phone.
All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders take 7-10 business days to process after order confirmation. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
